Welcome to Luxury King Transportation. By accessing our website, submitting a quote request, or using our booking system, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Use of Site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site.

Booking & Quotes

Submitting a contact form, quote form, or booking request through our website or embedded Moovs booking system does not guarantee a reservation, availability, or final pricing.

All bookings are subject to review, availability, confirmation, and customer approval of the final quote. A reservation is only confirmed once you approve the quote and Luxury King Transportation confirms availability.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are custom-quoted based on trip details. Pricing may vary based on distance, time, vehicle type, availability, special requests, and other trip requirements.

Payment may be required at the booking request stage or before the ride is confirmed. Payments are typically processed through Square or another approved payment method.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for extra stops, extended time, waiting time, cleaning, damages, last-minute changes, special requests, or other changes that affect the trip.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible. Cancellations made 24 or more hours before the ride may not be charged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the ride may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows may be charged the full or partial fare. We reserve the right to adjust cancellation or no-show fees depending on scheduling impact.

Overages & Wait Times

Please be ready at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. A grace period of 5–10 minutes may be provided. After that, wait time fees may apply.

Passenger Behavior

All passengers must treat the driver and vehicle with respect, follow safety instructions, wear seatbelts when required, and avoid disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, weapons, and damaging vehicle property are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in immediate ride termination, no refund, and additional fees.

Drugs & Alcohol

Alcohol is allowed only where legally permitted. Illegal drug use is not allowed under any circumstances. Excessive intoxication may result in ride termination and additional fees.

Cleaning & Damages

Passengers are responsible for any damage, excessive mess, or cleaning required after the ride. Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply.

Lost Items

Luxury King Transportation is not responsible for lost or forgotten items. If an item is found, we will make a reasonable attempt to return it. Return or delivery fees may apply.

Seating Capacity & Luggage

Passengers may not exceed the vehicle’s seating capacity. Please inform us in advance of large luggage, special accommodations, car seats, accessibility needs, or other important trip details.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if safety rules are violated.

Content

All content on this site, including articles, images, logos, and code, is our property or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services including Google Analytics, reCAPTCHA v3, Moovs, Square, and other approved tools to operate our website, prevent spam, analyze traffic, process booking requests, and manage payments. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Limitation of Liability

We provide our site, content, and booking request tools "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for damages resulting from the use of our site, delayed service, unavailable vehicles, lost items, or circumstances outside our control.
